Excellent location, walkable to Grapevine's Main St. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, more than any recent hotels I've stayed in, even more expensive ones. Nice room, what you may expect but very clean and well appointed. I even had a staff member come to my room shortly after check-in to make sure all was good......can't remember the last time if at all that ever happened! I would stay again without hesitation.

Comfortable hotel at reasonable price close to DFW airport. I was able to walk around grapevine township but also there is a curtesy drop off service within a small radius of the hotel. Murshada was helpful and kind during my check in and check out. It was the perfect place to stay between flights. Bed was also super comfortable!!! Free coffee bar 24 hours.

The location was so close to the convention center! Plus, it was close to great restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They have a shuttle that can take you to most places within a 3-mile radius and provide transportation to and from the airport.

Room was great just what we needed. Lobby was comfortable and decorated very nice . Breakfast was acceptable just what one needed to start the day. I would have loved coffee to be available in lobby when we arrived and at night when we returned but not crucial. Thanks

We had a short stay in the US as we were travelling to another destination in America. Friendly personnel and a nice atmosphere at the hotel and the breakfast was true American. Nice restaurants are just around the corner.
